Good with other dogs and humans--if your dog has a history of lashing out at humans or other dogs, or if you feel they may pose a danger to themselves, other dogs, customers or staff, we cannot accept them into our program

The trial day is non-negotiable. We understand that emergencies happen but our priority is to the guests in our care, our staff and our customers. We cannot take risks. We appreciate that your dog may have experience at many facilities, however, they all have different layouts, different ways of operating and may be able to accommodate many different dog personalities. The trial day helps us to ensure that your dog is a good fit for our facility and that we are a good fit for your dog. If it doesn't work out for any reason, it does not mean that your dog is a bad dog and we may be able to recommend alternative services or businesses that would be a better fit.
